Legal

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Fair, service-specific rules for cancelling work and requesting a refund.

Last updated: 12 August 2026

This policy applies to SAL SABEEL LTD’s digital and professional services. We do not sell physical goods through this website. Project-specific cancellation terms in an approved quotation take priority where they are clearer or more favourable to you.

1. Before a contract or payment

A quotation request or unapproved estimate can be withdrawn at any time and does not create a cancellation fee. A binding service commitment begins only as described in our Terms and Conditions.

2. How to cancel

Email hello@salsabeel.ltd as soon as possible with your name, business, quotation or order reference and the service you want to cancel. Cancellation takes effect when we receive a clear written request, unless the agreement specifies a later date.

3. Cancellation before work starts

If you cancel before work starts, we will normally refund payments received, less any approved non-recoverable third-party cost already committed specifically for your project and any preparatory work you expressly asked us to begin. We will explain any deduction.

4. Cancellation after work starts

If work has started, you must pay for work reasonably completed up to cancellation, plus approved non-recoverable third-party commitments. We will refund any remaining balance. A deposit is not automatically treated as non-refundable: any amount retained will be limited to work performed and reasonable loss or cost caused by the cancellation, subject to your mandatory rights.

5. Ongoing and monthly services

You may cancel a future service period using the notice period in the approved quotation. If no notice period is stated, give at least 30 days’ written notice. Charges already earned for the current period are not normally refundable, but unused prepaid future periods will be refunded after any proper deduction. We do not create recurring charges unless the recurring service, amount and frequency have been clearly agreed.

6. Consumer cancellation rights

Our services are intended primarily for businesses. If you contract as a UK consumer at a distance, you may have a legal 14-day cancellation period. If you expressly ask us to start during that period and then cancel, we may charge a proportionate amount for work supplied up to cancellation. If the service is fully performed during that period after your express request and acknowledgement, the legal cancellation right may end. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Service problems

If you believe work does not match the agreed scope or was not performed with reasonable care and skill, notify us promptly with enough detail to investigate. Where appropriate, we will first repair, re-perform or complete the affected work within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. If that is impossible or not completed appropriately, a price reduction or refund may apply as required by the agreement and law.

8. Third-party charges

Domain, hosting, software, advertising spend, stock assets and other third-party fees are refundable only to the extent the provider refunds them. We will not retain a third-party refund that properly belongs to you.

9. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where practical. We normally initiate an agreed refund within 10 working days. Square, Google Pay, PayPal, your card issuer or bank may then take additional time to display it. We will confirm when the refund has been initiated.

10. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us first so we can investigate quickly. This does not remove any right to contact your payment provider, use a chargeback process or pursue a legal remedy.

11. Contact

Send cancellation or refund requests to hello@salsabeel.ltd. Include the quotation or order reference but never send full card details or passwords by email.
