Terms and Conditions

The terms that apply to this website, quotations, projects, support and secure payments.

Last updated: 12 August 2026

Company: SAL SABEEL LTD (Company No. 17065717), registered in England and Wales. Contact: hello@salsabeel.ltd.

1. Scope

These terms govern use of this website and services supplied by SAL SABEEL LTD, including WordPress websites, WooCommerce work, maintenance, fixes, migrations, SEO, social media and paid advertising support. Our services are intended primarily for business customers. If you contract with us as a consumer, nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Website use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material, misuse the quotation or payment flow, or copy protected content beyond what the law permits. Website information is general and may be updated without notice.

3. Quotations and contract formation

An online estimate, quotation request or draft scope is not an acceptance or a binding contract. We review requirements manually. A contract is formed only when we issue or confirm an approved written quotation or scope, you accept it, and any stated deposit or payment requirement is met. The approved quotation, these terms and any expressly agreed document together form the agreement. If they conflict, the approved quotation takes priority for project-specific scope, price and timing.

4. Scope and client responsibilities

We will provide the deliverables described in the approved scope with reasonable care and skill. You must provide accurate instructions, lawful content, timely feedback and approvals, and suitable access to systems we need. You are responsible for checking final factual content, prices, legal notices and business claims before publication. Delays in content, access, feedback, payment or third-party approval may move the timetable and may require a revised quote.

5. Prices, tax and payment

Prices and payment stages are stated in the approved quotation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, extra work and third-party charges are not included. Any VAT or other tax legally due will be shown where applicable. Payment links may offer Square card payments, eligible Google Pay payments or PayPal. Payment providers handle your payment credentials under their own terms. We do not store full card details or PayPal login details.

Invoices and payment requests are due on the date or schedule stated. We may pause work, access or delivery while an overdue amount remains unpaid after reasonable notice. We do not create recurring charges unless a recurring service and its frequency have been clearly agreed.

6. Delivery, review and changes

Dates are good-faith estimates unless we expressly agree a fixed deadline in writing. A review or revision allowance applies only as stated in the scope. A request outside the agreed scope, or a substantial change after approval, may require a change order, revised price and new timetable. Deliverables are treated as accepted when you approve them in writing, publish or use them, or do not identify a material scope issue within the stated review period.

7. Third-party services

Websites and campaigns may depend on hosting, domains, plugins, themes, payment providers, search engines, social networks, advertising platforms or other third parties. Their charges, policies, availability and decisions are outside our control. We will explain material dependencies we know about, but we are not responsible for a third party’s outage, account restriction, policy change or discontinuation.

8. Intellectual property

You retain rights in material you supply and confirm that we may lawfully use it for the project. After full payment, you receive the rights in bespoke final deliverables stated in the quotation. Our pre-existing know-how, internal methods, reusable code, licensed components and third-party materials remain owned or licensed by their respective owners. Their use remains subject to applicable licence terms. Unless confidentiality or the quotation says otherwise, we may identify completed public work in our portfolio without disclosing confidential information; you may opt out in writing.

9. Confidentiality and data protection

Each party will protect confidential information received for the project and use it only for the agreed purpose, subject to lawful disclosure requirements. Our handling of business-contact and customer information is explained in the Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data solely on your instructions, the parties will put an appropriate data processing arrangement in place where required.

10. Results and professional judgement

We use reasonable skill and care, but rankings, traffic, leads, sales, advertising approvals and platform reach depend on competition, budgets, market conditions, client decisions and third-party systems. No specific commercial result is guaranteed unless expressly written into the approved scope. See the Disclaimer.

11. Suspension and termination

Either party may terminate if the other commits a material breach and, where the breach can be remedied, does not remedy it within a reasonable written period. We may suspend access or work immediately where necessary to address security, illegality, abuse or serious non-payment risk. On termination, you must pay for work properly performed and approved non-recoverable commitments up to the termination date. We will provide paid-for deliverables and reasonable handover material, subject to security and third-party licence limits.

12. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation charges, completed work, committed third-party costs and any refund are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy and the approved quotation. That policy preserves any mandatory consumer rights.

13. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. For business customers, our total liability arising from a project is limited to the total fees paid or payable for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where the approved quotation expressly states another reasonable limit. You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate business continuity, account controls and independent copies of essential data.

14. Events outside reasonable control

Neither party is liable for delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, provided the affected party gives notice where practical and takes reasonable steps to reduce the impact.

15. General

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. Neither party may transfer the agreement without the other’s consent, except as part of a genuine business transfer or to an affiliate capable of performing it. No person other than the parties has a right to enforce the agreement unless the agreement expressly says otherwise.

16. Governing law and contact

These terms and any non-contractual dispute are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere. Questions should be sent to hello@salsabeel.ltd.
