Cookie Policy
A clear explanation of the essential technologies used by this website and its secure payment flow.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar browser storage can perform related functions. Some technologies are essential for a website or checkout to work; others, such as optional analytics or advertising tools, normally require consent.
2. Technologies used on this website
| Technology | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
woocommerce_cart_hash | Helps WooCommerce detect changes to a cart where cart functionality is used. | Session |
woocommerce_items_in_cart | Helps WooCommerce remember whether the cart contains items. | Session |
wp_woocommerce_session_* | Associates a visitor with the correct WooCommerce session and order workflow. | Normally up to 2 days |
| WordPress login and security cookies | Authenticate authorised administrators and protect account or administrative sessions. Most public visitors will not receive these. | Session or the selected login period |
| Square, Google Pay or PayPal technologies | Enable fraud prevention, authentication and secure payment processing after you open the payment step or select the relevant provider. | Set by the provider according to its policy |
The exact cookie name or duration can change when WordPress, WooCommerce or a payment provider updates its service. WooCommerce scripts may load without setting every listed cookie; the relevant cookies are normally created only when the associated function is used.
3. Why essential technologies do not have an opt-in toggle
Strictly necessary technologies support security, order continuity and the payment function you request. They do not require consent under the rules that apply to essential services, although we still explain them here. Blocking them in your browser may stop quotations, sessions or payments from working correctly.
4. Optional analytics and advertising
We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or advertising cookies on this website. If we introduce optional analytics, personalisation or advertising technology, we will update this policy and implement an appropriate consent control before it operates where consent is required.
5. Payment providers
Payment pages may connect to Square, Google Pay or PayPal only as needed to display or complete the method you choose. Those providers process information under their own privacy and cookie notices. You can review the provider’s notice before completing payment.
6. Managing cookies
You can view, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the website or secure checkout from working. Browser help pages explain how to manage storage for individual websites.
7. Review and contact
We review this notice when the website, WooCommerce setup or payment tools change. If you believe a technology is missing from this list, email hello@salsabeel.ltd. Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
